Rose Hill Luxury Gardens isn't your average landscaping company.

We're a family-run business led by husband-and-wife team Tommy and Rea, specialising in the design and construction of luxury outdoor spaces across Essex and surrounding areas.

As four-time RHS Chelsea Flower Show 5-Star Award winners, we're passionate about creating gardens that stand out for their quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail. Every project is bespoke, and every member of our team plays an important role in bringing our clients' visions to life.

We're growing and are looking for an experienced landscaper who takes real pride in their work and wants to be part of a friendly, ambitious team.

What you'll be doing

You'll work on a wide variety of high-end residential landscaping projects, including:

Porcelain paving and natural stone installation
Composite and timber decking
Brickwork and retaining walls
Pergolas and bespoke timber structures
Artificial and natural lawns
Planting and soft landscaping
Setting out and finishing projects to a high standard
Operating excavators and other plant where required
Working closely with our designers to bring luxury gardens to life

No repetitive site work. No housing developments. Every garden is unique.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who:

Has at least 3 years' experience in hard landscaping
Can confidently work to a high standard with minimal supervision
Takes genuine pride in producing quality work
Has experience with paving, decking, brickwork and general landscaping
Holds a full UK driving licence
Has their own basic hand tools
Works well as part of a close-knit team
Has a positive attitude and is reliable

Experience operating excavators or other machinery is desirable but not essential.
