About the Role
Due to increased expansion, we are currently seeking a Finishing machine Operator for our busy Label Department to operate state-of-the-art finishing machinery for the production labels to meet exact customer specifications.
Previous print and finishing experience is desirable, but applicants will be issued with a full program.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate finishing machines to slit and finish printed self-adhesive labels.
- Assist in the shrink wrapping of finished products
- Ensure finished products meet customer specifications (e.g., quantity, rewind instructions, number of labels per roll).
- Maintain cleanliness and complete machine maintenance logs as per company standards.
- Promptly report machine issues to the Team Leader.
- Maintain a tidy and safe working area in accordance with BRCGS food hygiene and ISO14001 environmental standards.
- Support general factory operations as needed.
- Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and quality control policies, reporting incidents to a Team Supervisor or Director.

- Alternative Shifts:
- 5:50am – 1:30pm
- 1:30pm – 9:10pm
