Case Handler / Administrator
Location: Chesterfield (Office-based)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Flexible around working hours)
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 plus professional study support

About the Opportunity

An established and growing financial services business is looking for an organised and enthusiastic Case Handler / Administrator to join its friendly team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career, or with previous administrative experience, who is looking to develop within the property and finance sector. You'll become part of a supportive team where you'll gain exposure to a wide range of business activities while building valuable skills in lending, administration and client service.

Please note: This is a fully office-based position. Applicants should live within a reasonable commuting distance of Chesterfield and be able to travel to the office Monday to Friday.

The Role

Working closely with the underwriting, sales and operations teams, you'll provide a mixture of administrative, case handling and marketing support. You'll help ensure applications progress efficiently while contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Case Handling & Administration
Chase outstanding application documents and identification to help progress cases.
Coordinate valuation requests and confirmations.
Maintain accurate records across internal systems and trackers.
Keep borrower information and reporting data up to date.
Support the management of broker relationships and panel information.
Provide general administrative support to the underwriting team.
Marketing & Business Support
Assist with managing the company's social media channels.
Support the creation and scheduling of email marketing campaigns.
Help maintain website content and marketing materials.
Assist with planning company events and client initiatives.
Carry out competitor and market research.
Help prepare case studies and support business development activities.

About You

Well organised with excellent attention to detail.
A confident communicator with good written and verbal skills.
Proactive and willing to take ownership of their work.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Interested in developing a career within property, finance or financial services.

A graduate or someone with relevant administrative experience would be welcomed, although attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
