Job Overview
We’re looking for reliable, skilled and proactive Property Maintenance Operatives to support our growing operations across residential and accommodation properties including long-term rentals, HMOs, student accommodation, short-term lets and holiday properties.
The role involves carrying out a wide range of day-to-day maintenance, repair and inspection works across occupied and vacant properties. Typical works include general handyman tasks, patch repairs, decorating, silicone works, tiling, minor plumbing, joinery repairs and general property upkeep.
We’re looking for practical, hands-on individuals who take pride in their work, communicate well and are comfortable working independently whilst remaining closely connected with the wider operations team. Operatives will regularly liaise with tenants, guests and our internal team to ensure maintenance issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within property maintenance, trades or handyman services preferred
- Good all-round practical maintenance skills
- Reliable, professional and proactive approach
- Ability to problem solve and work independently
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence required
- Must initially have access to own van or suitably sized work vehicle
- Own tools required
Experience within residential, hospitality, student accommodation or letting environments is advantageous but not essential for the right individuals.
Self-employed individuals and subcontractors are also welcome. Applicants operating on a self-employed basis must hold their own appropriate insurance cover.
Package & Benefits
- Salary from £32,000+ depending on experience

This is a flexible opportunity with varied ongoing work across a growing portfolio of properties and locations, with expansion into Glasgow, Aberdeen and surrounding areas commencing imminently. Relocation opportunities may become available for the right individuals as the business continues to grow.
