Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Trainer to join our dynamic team. Duties

Develop personalised training programmes tailored to each client's needs and objectives through group sessions of women 30-65
Lead engaging and effective fitness sessions, demonstrating proper techniques and form
Monitor clients’ progress and adjust programmes accordingly to optimise results
Provide expert advice on exercise routines, nutrition, and overall wellness
Motivate clients to stay committed to their fitness journey and maintain high levels of engagement
Maintain a safe training environment by ensuring equipment is used correctly and safely
Keep accurate records of client sessions, progress, and feedback
Stay updated with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and industry best practices

Skills

Proven experience in sports coaching or personal training roles
Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
In-depth knowledge of human anatomy and exercise physiology and adjustments for injuries
Excellent organisational skills to plan sessions efficiently and track client progress
Ability to motivate and inspire individuals of all fitness levels
Good interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and foster a positive environment
Certification in fitness training or relevant sports coaching qualifications are highly desirable
