Position:Sous Pizzaiolo - SENIOR PIZZIOLO EXPERIENCE NEEDED*

Salary:£15.35 | Tips & Tronc | Bi-Weekly Bonus

Contract:Full time

The Sous Pizzaiolo sits at the heart of the Rudy's Pizzeria. Working closely with the Head Pizzaiolo,you'll manage the day-to-day running of the kitchen,maintain quality across every single service,and make sure the team around you are developing and performing at their best. This is a leadership role as much as it is a craft role.

Born in Manchester in 2015,Rudy's was built on one idea:passion beats everything. Fresh dough made daily,the finest Italian ingredients,and pizzas cooked in just 60 seconds flat. We're now 39 sites across the UK and still growing - and the energy that started us hasn't gone anywhere.

Your Day-to-Day

Supporting the Head Pizzaiolo in running kitchen
Managing station prep,workflow,and service execution across every shift
Leading and motivating the kitchen team
Maintaining Rudy's quality standards and recipe adherence consistently
Overseeing food hygiene,allergen compliance,and health & safety
Contributing to training,coaching,and the ongoing development of the team
Taking full ownership of the kitchen in the Head Pizzaiolo's absence
Supporting stock management,ordering,and waste reduction initiatives

What Rudy's needs

Proven kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume environment
Expert-level Neapolitan pizza knowledge and technique
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a full service under pressure
A natural coach and communicator who genuinely gets the best from a team
Meticulous standards around food safety and hygiene
Ambition and drive to progress to Head Pizzaiolo level
