Full job description

Your Role as a Concierge: As Concierge at HFD Group, you'll be responsible for delivering our best-in-class service for our tenants. You will ensure the security of our buildings, enhance the experience of our occupiers and visitors, and support the building manager in various tasks. Working closely with our receptionists, you’ll manage visitor protocols, operate security systems, and much more. You will be covering both day shift and night shift, up to 48 hours per week.

IT Savvy: Proficient in operating IT systems to improve efficiency and prevent loss.
Customer Service Champion: Maintain the highest standards of customer service.

Minimum Requirements:

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.
Valid SIA Manned Guarding Licence (Required)
Valid CCTV SIA Licence (desirable).
