What you’ll do

Own the day‑to‑day running of the store
Lead from the front with great customer experiences
Build, coach and inspire a strong store team
Drive sales, KPIs and profitability
Recruit and develop great talent
Turn performance insights into action
Live and lead the Sunglass Hut culture

What you’ll bring

Proven retail management experience in a fast‑paced environment
Strong commercial instincts and a passion for performance
Confidence leading, motivating and developing teams
A customer first mindset with strong selling skills
Great organisation, communication and problem solving ability
Energy, ownership and a can do attitude
Confidence using systems and Microsoft Office tools
