Marketing Manager — Part-Time, Maternity Cover (12 Months)
Charlotte James Furniture is looking for a creative, self-sufficient Marketing Manager to cover a 12-month maternity leave, starting 1st September. This part-time role (14 hrs/week) covers social media, PR, advertising and email — perfect for someone with a genuine passion for interior design who can run our marketing independently.
You'll be responsible for:
· Planning and creating social content (Instagram, Pinterest) with an editorial feel
· Building press relationships and pitching stories/collections to interiors media
· Managing paid social and Google Ads within budget
· Writing and scheduling email campaigns that feel personal, not generic
· Keeping our brand voice consistent across every channel
You'll need:
· Proven experience across social, PR, advertising and email — ideally in interiors, homeware or a design-led brand
· A real interest in interior design and styling
· Confidence working independently
· Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, Canva and paid ads platforms
£18–£20/hour, depending on experience. Reports to the Managing Director.
