Job Title: Keyholder Supervisor Location: Cimla

Reports to: Store Manager

About the Role

As a Keyholder Supervisor, you’ll be the trusted guardian of the store keys and the go-to leader for smooth operations. You’ll open doors (literally), lead the team, and ensure every shift runs like a well-stocked aisle. Think of yourself as the calm in the checkout storm—with a dash of personality to keep things fun.

What You’ll Do

Unlock Success: Open and close the store with precision and pride.
Lead by Example: Support and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.
Customer Care: Turn everyday shopping into a great experience.
Problem Solver: Handle unexpected challenges with confidence (and maybe a smile).
Security & Safety: Keep the keys—and the store—safe and secure.

What We’re Looking For

Leadership skills with a friendly, approachable vibe.
A multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Someone reliable enough to make the keys feel at home.
Retail experience and a knack for keeping things organized.

Pay Rate - NMW plus £3.50 for each shift when a keyholder. Evening and Weekend essential

Store Location: Cimla

Training provided

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Neath SA11 3UG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
