Tailored Smiles Dental and Aesthetics is an established mixed NHS and private practice in Glasgow's North Kelvinside area, conveniently located close to Byres Road. Following a recent change in ownership, we're investing in our facilities, expanding our services, and building an environment where both patients and clinicians can thrive.
With over four decades of serving the local community, we're now entering an exciting new chapter. Our vision includes expanding specialist services, including the development of an oral surgery referral centre, while continuing to provide exceptional everyday dental care.
The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic Associate Dentist to become part of our welcoming clinical team. This is a flexible part-time opportunity, with availability from two to five days per week.
You'll take over an established patient list, allowing you to step straight into a busy diary while having plenty of opportunity to develop private treatments alongside NHS dentistry. We welcome clinicians who are keen to grow their skills and contribute to the continued success of the practice.
What You Can Expect
- Flexible working pattern (2–5 days per week)
- Established patient list from day one
- 50% remuneration split
- Four modern, well-equipped surgeries
- Digital workflow throughout the practice, including SOE software, digital radiography, OPT/Ceph imaging and intraoral scanning
- Rotary endodontic equipment available
- Experienced hygiene support
- Existing referral pathways for orthodontics and oral surgery, with additional services planned
- On-site staff parking
- Friendly, supportive colleagues who value teamwork and professional development
About You
We're interested in hearing from dentists who:
- Are registered with the GDC and hold a valid VT number
- Have completed VT, with Scottish practice experience being advantageous
- Enjoy building long-term relationships with patients
- Deliver consistently high standards of clinical care
- Are keen to develop both professionally and clinically within a progressive practice
