We’re Hiring – Panel Beater

The Spectrum VR Group is seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join our growing commercial vehicle repair team. Working on larger vehicles, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality repairs in a modern, well-equipped workshop environment.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for repairing damaged vehicle panels to manufacturer standards, ensuring each vehicle is restored with precision, safety, and attention to detail. This role suits a skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys working on a wide range of commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out panel beating, filler work, and metal finishing to a high standard
Remove and replace damaged panels on vehicles
Follow job cards and manufacturer repair methods accurately
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Work closely with MET and paint teams to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Panel Beater
Strong skills in panel repair, alignment, and filler work
Ability to read and follow technical repair instructions
Own tools suitable for commercial vehicle repair
Commitment to producing high-quality, consistent work
