Are you a Store, Operations, Trading, Deputy or an Assistant Manager ready for your next step? Are you a results-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced retail? If so, this could be your perfect next move!

Join B&M as a Store Manager and lead from the front in a high-energy, results-driven retail environment!

Initially this will be in a designate role, to cover Essex and could cover several of our stores across the area. Being flexible to travel across this area would be essential.

This is your chance to take the next big step in your career. As Store Manager, you’ll have full accountability for store performance - driving sales, leading your team, and delivering a brilliant customer experience, every single day. As the leader of your store, flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays will be essential.

What you’ll be doing

Take full ownership of your store, driving performance and delivering results
Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team
Create a brilliant shopping experience through high standards and availability
Make commercial decisions to maximise sales and profit
Drive KPIs, manage stock effectively, and ensure compliance across the store

What you’ll bring

Experience managing a fast-paced retail or high turnover environment
A natural ability to lead, coach and develop teams
A strong commercial mindset with a focus on results and performance
Pride in delivering high store standards and customer experience
A proactive, hands-on approach - leading from the front every day
