Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Cafe Supervisor to join the team at Savill Garden
About Savill Garden:
Savill Garden is a prestigious and award-winning destination, attracting thousands of visitors annually who come to experience its stunning landscapes and world-class facilities. As a Cafe Supervisor within this esteemed venue, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hospitality that complements our guests' experience. Your leadership will ensure that our cafe operates to the highest standards, reflecting the quality and excellence that Savill Garden is renowned for.
We Offer:
Rate: £14.50 per hour
Shifts: 5 days out of 7 / Weekends
Contract: Full Time / Part Time
About the Cafe Supervisor role:

To oversee the day-to-day operations by ensuring that our product and the service we provide are always of the highest standard

To supervise, manage and motivate the team

To support the management team in working towards improving sales and service

To ensure high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained
The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service and leadership skills.
