Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Broadcast Production Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of our broadcast content creation and delivery. Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end production process for live broadcasts and pre-recorded content, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Coordinate with journalists, technical teams, and external vendors to facilitate smooth production workflows.
- Oversee video editing using Adobe Premiere and other Adobe Creative Suite tools to craft polished segments and visual elements.
- Develop engaging content for social media channels, leveraging storytelling skills to maximize audience engagement across platforms.
- Supervise the use of Adobe Photoshop for creating graphics, overlays, and visual assets that enhance broadcast presentations.
- Ensure accurate translation and bilingual support for multilingual content to reach broader audiences effectively.
- Maintain clear communication with all team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment on production goals.
- Monitor broadcast quality standards and troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
Experience
- Proven experience in video editing with proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong background in journalism or media production with a keen eye for storytelling and content accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in bilingual settings; fluency in at least two languages is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and strategies for audience engagement.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications including video editing, graphic design, and translation tools is highly desirable.
- Prior experience coordinating broadcast productions or working within a multimedia newsroom environment is a plus.
