About Us

We're a fast-growing business with three exciting brands under one roof:

A leading Commercial Design & Build company.
The Managing Director's personal brand.
A marketing agency creating content and managing social media for a variety of businesses.

We're looking for an ambitious Content Creator who wants to take ownership of our social media presence and create content that delivers real business results, not just views.

The Role

As our Content Creator, you'll be responsible for planning, creating and analysing content across multiple brands.

From filming exciting commercial fit-out projects and documenting behind-the-scenes moments to developing the Managing Director's personal brand and producing content for agency clients, no two days will be the same.

We're looking for someone who doesn't simply wait for ideas, they create them.

You'll be expected to identify opportunities, develop content strategies, execute high-quality content and continually improve performance through data and insights.

Key Responsibilities

Generate creative content ideas that align with business objectives.
Plan and organise content calendars across multiple brands.
Film high-quality video and photography using professional digital camera equipment.
Edit engaging short-form and long-form content using software such as CapCut (or equivalent professional editing software).
Produce content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Capture projects on-site and in the office.
Create content that builds the Managing Director's personal brand.
Produce engaging content for clients through our marketing agency.
Monitor trends and identify opportunities to maximise reach and engagement.
Analyse content performance using platform analytics.
Continuously test, refine and improve content based on results.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience using professional digital camera equipment.
Strong editing skills using CapCut or similar video editing software.
Excellent videography and photography skills.
A strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
Confidence presenting ideas and directing shoots.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
A creative mindset with a commercial focus.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
A full UK driving licence is essential.

How Success Will Be Measured

This role is results-driven. Success won't simply be measured by the amount of content produced, but by the impact it has.

Performance will be measured against objectives including:

Growth across social media channels.
Engagement and audience retention.
Consistency and quality of content output.
Brand awareness.
Website enquiries and inbound leads generated through content.
Overall contribution to business growth.
