Trainee Sales Office Administrator (non-selling role)
Location: Coalville | Hours: 37.5 hours/week (Mon-Fri) | Salary: £21,157.50-£24,784.50

Are you highly organised with great attention to detail? Join our sales office team as a Trainee Office Administrator. This is a purely administrative, non-selling role based at our Coalville office, perfect for someone looking to start a career in office administration.

Working in our friendly, busy sales office, you will be part of the backbone of our order processing team. You will be handling data entry into Sage 200, managing paperwork for UK and for export customers, updating customers on their order status and delivery dates and liaising with internal teams to meet delivery schedules.

No prior office or Sage experience is required. We provide full, structured training. If you have basic IT skills, good verbal and written communication and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
