As the Plant Fitter, you will be supporting a fleet of vehicles and a range of plant including welfare units and trailers. We require a highly proficient candidate with excellent organisational and communication skills.

The Role
- · Vehicle Inspections
- · General Servicing
- · Correction/repair of vehicle defects
- · MOT Preparation / Presentation
- · Completion of all required app-based jobs
- · Repair & Maintenance of hire fleet, including, Welfare units, Generators, Pumps
- · Maintain health and safety standards and tidiness of workshop at all times
- · Manage workshop app
- · Troubleshoot mechanical issues via phone or site visit and provide cost-effective solutions
- · Manage stock control and pre-empt ordering of parts when low
- · Proactively managing other members of team
- · Plus any other duties as the business requires.
Experience:
- Experience with diesel engines essential
- Experience with generators useful but training can be undertaken
- Adaptable and able to work on own initiative
