About Us:

With two distinct divisions, CARGOBY is a trusted name in the logistics sector, specialising in UK & European road freight solutions. We work with a wide range of clients from SMEs to blue-chip companies, providing reliable, efficient, and cost-effective haulage across the UK and Europe.

TRUCKINGBY, is a leading haulier in live events logistics. We tour throughout Europe with some of the world’s most famous bands and artists, while also providing transport for high-profile conferences, exhibitions, festivals and brand corporate events.

We’re now looking for an experienced Administration assistant to work across both divisions of the business.

Location:

Office based in Featherstone West Yorkshire

08:30 – 17:30 (1 hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:

Logging job orders onto the TMS system
Requesting Subcontractor POD’s and uploading to the TMS system.
Raising customs entries
Preparing driver documents
Requesting updates and sending collection/delivery info to our own fleet drivers and subcontractors
Assisting with general planning and event operations.
Filing

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in general office administration.
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
Maths and English GCSE’s
