We’re offering an exciting internal opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic individual to step into the role of Trainee Site Manager. We are looking for a motivated Trainee Site Manager to support the successful delivery of our current and future projects.

This internal opportunity is ideal for someone eager to take the next step in their career and contribute to high-quality site management. Full on site training will be given to help you achieve your career goals.

What you will be responsible for…

Assist the Site Manager in overseeing daily site operations.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
Ensure health & safety regulations are followed.
Monitor project progress and report any issues.
Maintain site documentation and compliance records.
Support quality control and ensure work meets company standards.
