Join our growing team in Liverpool as a Business Development Trainee. This is a customer-facing role, so you'll be involved in customer interactions and relationship building as part of your day-to-day work.
You'll receive full training from the start while gaining practical experience in business development, sales, customer engagement, and commercial operations. As you develop, you'll have opportunities to take on greater responsibility and progress into Business Development Executive, Account Manager, Team Leader, and Management positions.
Your Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and clients as part of your daily activities.
- Build professional relationships and understand customer requirements.
- Support customer acquisition and business development activities.
- Identify potential opportunities through customer conversations and market research.
- Present products and services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with prospective customers and support the sales process.
- Work alongside sales and marketing teams to support business growth.
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect information.
- Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and business performance.
- Take on additional responsibilities as your skills and confidence develop.
