Full job description

We’re looking for a Chef De Partie who has a passion for cooking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional food. If you’ve got a flair for creating mouth-watering dishes and are ready to take the next step in your culinary career, then we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

Running a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth day-to-day service and consistent high standards
Preparing and cooking high-quality, freshly produced dishes in line with the menu and Head Chef direction
Delivering excellent food quality, presentation, and speed of service to consistently exceed guest expectations
Supporting the wider kitchen team during service, including stepping up when required to ensure a seamless operation
Managing your section’s performance, including portion control, stock rotation, and minimising waste to support gross profit targets
Maintaining exceptional standards of food hygiene, safety, cleanliness, and personal presentation at all times
Supporting stock management, ordering, and routine kitchen documentation in line with procedures
Working collaboratively with the kitchen team, following company standards and bringing a positive, can-do attitude to every shift
