About the role
We're looking for a Content Creator to run daily social media content for three local businesses spanning hospitality, cleaning, and removals. Hours are flexible between 4 and 8 a day, and we're open to both part-time and full-time candidates. You'll plan, write, and post content every day, and build simple day-to-day graphics.
You won't be doing this alone — we have an in-house graphic designer, videographer, and video editor, so you'll get support with filming, editing, and design work. Your focus is the content plan, the writing, the posting, and the simple graphics in between.
This is an on-site role based in the Alresford area for the first three months, with hybrid working possibly available after that. It is not a remote or work-from-home position.
What you'll be doing
- Planning and posting daily social media content across three business accounts
- Writing captions and copy tailored to each business
- Building simple graphics for everyday posts
- Working alongside our in-house design, video, and editing team to bring content to life
- Adapting tone and content style across hospitality, cleaning, and removals audiences
What we're looking for
- Genuine, prior professional experience in content creation — this must be your main line of work, not a sideline or a first role
- Experience in a similar industry is preferred
- Strong writing skills and a good eye for simple graphic design
- Comfortable working on-site with a small in-house creative team
- Able to work independently as an individual — this role is not open to agencies or outsourced digital marketing/social media companies
