We are seeking an energetic and experienced Head Bartender to lead our bar team and elevate the guest experience through exceptional service and creative mixology. Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the bar team to deliver outstanding service, ensuring all guests feel valued and engaged
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices to promote guest safety
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste
- Train new staff on drink recipes, customer service techniques, and safety procedures to uphold high standards
- Create a lively environment by engaging with guests, taking feedback seriously, and resolving any issues promptly
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully compliant with health standards at all times
- General Cellar experience; changing kegs, Gas's and beer lines
Experience
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment as a bartender or similar role
- Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervisory or head bartender responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining quality service
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and drink measurements
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and customer service excellence principles
- Prior experience in managing inventory and ordering supplies effectively
