Full job description

Full-time (37.5 hours per week) hybrid administrative role (PAYE )

Promoting Independent Care (PI Care) is fast becoming the provider of choice for complex care and support in the Southwest of England. Our values and ethos underpin everything we do, and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a like-minded individual to join our team.

The role affords the right individual the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of both children and adults with high complex care needs to live their best life at home and in the community.

We are looking for a flexible, motivated and organised Administrator to join the Placement & Compliance team, with excellent minute/note taking abilities, ideally with experience working in the health and social care sector in a similar role (placement/compliance).

Key skills:

Excellent relationship development and management skills both internally and externally
Strong communication skills
Excellent phone manner
Great team player is essential
Flexible in approach to work
Ability to work under pressure
Able to multi-task & prioritise work load
Attention to detail is a must
Good problem solving skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Applications
Excellent minute and note taking
Experience working in the health and social care industry is desirable but not essential
Experience with shift/rota bookings is desirable
Ability to learn and work with new systems quickly and easily
