Full job description

We are looking for an experienced PA/Home Administrator - Full Time 37.5 Hours per week at St Faiths Care Home in Cheltenham.

Salary £30,000

Lilian Faithfull Care is a well-established charity based in Gloucestershire that provides care, support and a home for Life for the elderly.

Responsibilities of a Home Administrator/PA:

As a PA/Home Administrator you are required to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Manager dealing with visitors and telephone enquiries where appropriate.
Also to ensure continuity of communication within the home involving all professional disciplines i.e. HR & Training, Finance, Maintenance, Catering etc.
It is important that you build relationships with the residents, their families, friends and our care staff
Any other Administrative & PA duties as required by the Home Manager

Requirements

PA/Home Administrator experience
A genuine interest in working within a caring environment, the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Work well in a team
Good Planning Skills
Strong administrative skills to include word processing, spreadsheet presentation and electronic diary management.
