Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Office & Accounts Supervisor to oversee day-to-day office operations while also running financial administration. This role combines office supervision with responsibility for cash handling and accounts support.
We Require
· Proven experience in office administration and supervision.
· Strong numeracy skills and experience with cash handling and reconciliation.
· High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
· Excellent organisational and communication skills.
· IT literacy (MS Office, Excel, accounts software desirable).
· One weekend day essential.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information.
Duties:
· Supervise and support the office team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
· Coordinate communication between departments (guest services, ticketing, finance, marketing).
· Train, motivate, and monitor office staff to maintain high performance.
· Maintain office systems, records, and compliance with park policies.
Financial & Accounts Duties
· Oversee the daily cashing up of tills across the park.
· Ensure accurate money handling, reconciliation, and banking of takings.
· Investigate and resolve cash discrepancies promptly.
· Support the Accounts Manager with bookkeeping, data entry, and invoice processing.
· Maintain accurate financial records in line with company and legal requirements.
Administration & Compliance
· Handle correspondence, reports, and financial documentation.
· Ensure GDPR and financial data security standards are upheld.
· Provide cover during staff absences, holidays, and peak operational periods.
