Permanent, Full-time.

Job Description

Bodyshop Manager - Performance Bonus + Company Car - Warrington

We are looking for an experience Bodyshop Manager to join our Warrington location. As a company we offer a wide range of industry-leading benefits for our dedicated staff to ensure they have a good work-life balance and are well rewarded for their hard work.

Job Purpose

As Bodyshop Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the department — ensuring vehicles are repaired to the highest standards, customers receive outstanding service, and the business meets its financial targets.

You will:

Lead and motivate a team of technicians, painters and estimators
Manage workflow to ensure efficient, on-time repairs
Liaise with customers and insurance companies
Oversee estimates, costs and profitability
Ensure manufacturer and health & safety compliance
Drive quality standards and customer satisfaction

Role Requirements

Essential:

Previous experience in a Body Shop leadership role
Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and estimating
Excellent people management skills
A customer-focused approach
Commercial awareness and ability to manage KPIs
Experience working with insurers and accident management companies

Desirable:

ATA/VDA accreditation would be an advantage
A full driving licence with no more than six points (due to insurance purposes)
Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation and trade practices.
Technical and engineering qualifications.
