Dental Hygienist/Therapist – Part-Time (3 Days/Week) Fully Private
Location: Cottage Dental Practice
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience
Start Date: TBC

Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Dental Hygienist/Therapist to join our team for three days a week. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting oral health and delivering high-quality periodontal care.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct thorough oral health assessments, including reviewing medical histories and evaluating patients' oral conditions.

· Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing to remove plaque, tartar, and stains from teeth.

· Apply preventive treatments, such as fluoride and sealants, to protect teeth.

· Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide nutritional guidance.

· Collaborate with dentists to develop and implement comprehensive dental care plans.

· Maintain accurate patient treatment records and notes.

Requirements:

· Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).

· Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist in a clinical setting.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Working Hours:
Three days per week. Specific days to be discussed during the interview process.
