Automotive Sales & Business Development Manager – Dealer, PPF & Fleet Partnerships

Location: Tadley, Hampshire / UK Field Based
Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £45,000–£60,000 per annum, depending on experience + commission

Help Us Build CARDIP® in the UK

We are a newly established and ambitious automotive coatings business, launching as an official UK installer and distributor of the innovative CARDIP® Peelable Paint System.

We're looking for an experienced and well-connected Automotive Business Development Manager to help establish and grow the brand across the UK.

This is not a traditional car sales role.

We're looking for someone who understands the automotive industry, already has valuable contacts and, most importantly, knows how to open doors and get us in front of the right decision-makers.

The Role

You'll be responsible for developing new business and building long-term commercial partnerships across the UK.

Key responsibilities include:

Opening doors with main dealerships and dealer groups.
Developing relationships with leasing companies, brokers and fleet operators.
Building partnerships within the PPF and vehicle protection industry.
Developing a network of PPF installers, detailers, bodyshops and automotive specialists.
Introducing CARDIP® and presenting the commercial opportunity to potential partners.
Arranging product presentations and demonstrations.
Developing trade accounts and recruiting potential approved installers.
Building and managing a strong UK sales pipeline.
Negotiating and converting opportunities into long-term commercial relationships.
Helping shape our UK sales and distribution strategy.

The Ideal Person

Your network is just as important to us as your sales experience.

We're particularly interested in someone who already has strong contacts within some or all of the following:

Main dealerships and dealer groups.
Dealer Principals, Sales Directors and senior automotive decision-makers.
Leasing companies, brokers and fleet operators.
PPF companies, distributors and installers.
Vehicle wrapping, detailing and protection businesses.
Automotive aftermarket and specialist vehicle businesses.

You may currently work in automotive business development, PPF sales, dealer development, fleet/leasing, key accounts or the automotive aftermarket.

You don't need to have worked with peelable paint before – full product and technical training will be provided.

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:

A strong background in automotive B2B sales or business development.
An established network of relevant automotive contacts.
A proven ability to win new accounts and develop commercial relationships.
Confidence getting in front of senior decision-makers.
Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
A proactive, entrepreneurial approach to new business.
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the UK.
