Are you an experienced operational leader with a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care? We are seeking a dynamic and driven Acute Care Operations Manager to join our senior leadership team and lead the operational delivery of inpatient, access and urgent care services.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and improving mental health services, working in a complex, fast-paced environment where your leadership will directly impact patient outcomes, staff experience and service performance.
As an Acute Care Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day operational management of designated specialist services
- Support the strategic planning and delivery of services across the locality
- Work closely with clinical leaders and multidisciplinary teams to drive performance, quality and safety
- Ensure services meet key performance indicators, financial targets and governance standards
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion and compassionate leadership

- Provide visible, effective leadership across multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor and improve service performance, quality and safety outcomes
- Lead service redesign, transformation and improvement initiatives
- Manage budgets and resources, ensuring financial sustainability
- Oversee HR processes, including recruitment, performance management and workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with Trust policies, governance frameworks and national standards
- Contribute to strategic planning, commissioning and business development activities
- Participate in the on-call rota
