Full job description

Job Summary
Learn To Dream Ltd is a design‑focused, large‑format print and signage company seeking a General Administrator / Executive Assistant to support our growing work on the Sizewell C project. Our design team is located at the Framlingham Technology Hub, with our main site operating as our production centre in Hertford East.

In this role, you will:

Manage daily enquiries and act as the primary point of contact for clients
Work closely with our designer based at the Technology Hub
Coordinate and support workloads across the team
Secure client approvals to keep projects moving efficiently
Handle general office management tasks within our serviced office unit

This is a diverse administrative and executive assistant position with significant potential for career development as our company continues to expand.

The successful candidate must be eligible for vetting to gain access to the Sizewell C site. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a proactive, organised, and hardworking approach. We have built an excellent reputation with Sizewell C, and this role is key to maintaining our high standards and ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Flexibility may occasionally be required to complete tasks that arise late in the day.

Salary
£28,000–£32,000 per annum, with a review upon successful completion of a six‑month probation period.
