The Team & Focus of the Role
The Accounts team are looking for a new Tenancy Administrator who has experience of property management systems, keeping data accurate, & up to date with respect to tenancies, raising invoices having a basic understanding of VAT.
The core purpose of this role is to support our extremely busy rural & residential property management and client accounts teams, so if you enjoy interacting with people, thrive on managing lots of spinning plates and problem solving then we’d love to hear from you.
This position is offered as a full time contract based on a 37.5 hour week (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm). We also operate a hybrid working policy, after the probationary period.

Duties will include:
- Working within a busy team assisting the property management and client accounts teams to manage private and corporate client portfolios.
- Maintaining the property and tenancy data on our property management and accounting software packages (Re-Leased and Xero).

Liaising with a variety of stakeholders (including client accountants/property managers/tenants) to set up new & carry out amendments to properties & tenancies.

Raising regular rental invoices and other sales invoices through Re-Leased whichincludes ensuring the correct treatment of VAT.

Preparation of monthly rent Invoice reports overseeing amendments required.

Assisting in the management of residential deposits registration and the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

Producing various reports including rental collection, debtor management, tenancy schedules and other property management reports for property manager’s and clients.

Producing global benchmarking reporting for property management.
