The company designs, installs, maintains, and supports systems including fire alarms, CCTV, access control, security monitoring, and life safety solutions. With nationwide coverage, Trinity helps businesses protect people, property, and assets while meeting safety and compliance requirements.

Job Description

As an apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced engineers to install, maintain and fault-find on the following systems:

Access Control
Video Surveillance
Intruder Alarms
Fire Alarms

Entry Requirements

Full UK Drivers Licence
Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check
Maths and English GCSE at grade 4/C or above
Must be local to advertised postcode and able to travel to centre for block release

Training to be Provided

This is where you'll learn the skills that employers actually want.

Your apprenticeship training is delivered by Skills for Security, specialists in fire and security training.

You’ll train through block release at our Walsall/Bristol centre, for one week every eight weeks (Tuesday–Friday).

You’ll work towards a Level 3 Fire, Emergency & Security Systems Technician apprenticeship, gaining real skills and a nationally recognised qualification.

What you’ll do as part of the programme:

Train hands-on with real systems
Learn from industry experts
Complete a wide range of tasks and projects
Build evidence from your job to support your learning
Sit annual assessments at the centre
