Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and creative Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong appreciation for flowers and design, with the ability to create stunning arrangements for various occasions. As a Florist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, selling floral products, and maintaining the overall aesthetic of our shop.
Duties
- Assisting customers to select right kind of flowers for every occasion
- The candidate will be required to make luxury hand-tied bouquets on a daily basis for display and bespoke hand ties for customers
- Arrange the flowers on the deck, displaying them to the best advantage
- Ensuring the orders via the online system are processed
- Being adaptive to making floral arrangements for different client’s preferences for events, funerals, weddings and other orders
- Attending venues to set-up weddings funerals or events as agreed
- Collecting equipment along with any materials belonging to stems from venues
- Maintaining a high standard of quality throughout all work carried out
- Installing weekly corporate arrangements and maintaining any plants/flowers within our client’s premises.
Experience
- Would prefer experience in floristry but not essential as training given
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and suppliers
- Ability to work in a under pressured environment and meet deadlines

- A clean UK Drivers license. You will be required to make deliveries
