Job Description

Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, you will coordinate and organise the administrative aspects of receiving and shipping Customer equipment.

Your objectives and tasks:

Identifying products under quarantine and taking action with the Sales Administration team to correct identified anomalies and release the product from quarantine.
Call for Transport: Contacting freight forwarders (as the main point of contact for FedEx, DHL, K&N etc.)
Being the main point of contact of the service provider for all Logistics and Customs issues.
Supporting the Sales Administration Representatives in Customs and Logistics matters.
Implementing the necessary action plans to improve Customer logistic/administration flows as well as internal flows
Ensure Customs follow-up of repair book
