Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abergavenny. The HR Manager will play a vital role in managing our HR functions, supporting our staff, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
Manage recruitment processes including HRIS and ATS systems.
