Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and specialised nail treatments, in a welcoming environment. Duties
- Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment following health and safety regulations.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail designs or treatments.
- Make personalised recommendations for additional beauty services like makeup application or skincare products.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilised after each use.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and salon productivity.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in nail artistry and beauty treatments.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients professionally and courteously throughout their visit.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician is preferred but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of makeup application is a plus, enhancing the range of services offered to clients.
- Strong communication skills are vital for understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Fluency in English is required to ensure clear communication with clients and team members.
- Experience in customer service roles will be advantageous, demonstrating the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
