Logistics & Production Administrator

Location: Harden, Bingley, BD16 1BL
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Logistics & Production Administrator to join our busy team at our Harden site.

This is a varied role supporting both our production and logistics operations, helping to keep customer orders moving smoothly from planning through to delivery. If you’re highly organised, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in getting the details right, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the production and logistics teams with daily administration
Processing customer orders and production paperwork
Scheduling deliveries and liaising with transport providers
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
Communicating with customers, suppliers and internal departments
Helping ensure production schedules and deliveries run smoothly

What We’re Looking For

Previous administration experience, ideally within a manufacturing, production or logistics environment
The ability to work under pressure
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and similar
A proactive approach with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively as part of a team
