About the role
As a Senior Property Services Co-ordinator, you’ll support the delivery of property services while providing day-to-day supervision and coordination of the team.
In this role you will:
· Support the delivery of repairs, planned works and compliance services
· Supervise and support team members, ensuring consistent service delivery
· Allocate and prioritise work, balancing workloads across the team
· Manage customer enquiries, including complex or sensitive cases
· Monitor data quality, accuracy and timeliness of work outputs
· Carry out checks and identify errors, delays or process issues
· Maintain accurate records and support reporting and dashboards
· Work closely with contractors and colleagues to resolve issues
· Escalate risks or service issues and support continuous improvement

About you
To be successful, you’ll have:
· Supervisory experience in a busy administrative or customer-service role; experience within the social housing sector will be highly advantageous
· Experience within property, repairs, maintenance or construction-related environments would also be beneficial
· Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage workloads
· High attention to detail and accuracy in data and systems
· Good problem-solving skills and confidence handling complex queries
· Strong communication and stakeholder skills
· Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office and systems

Salary: £31,808 per year (£16.49 per hour)
Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Base: Chy Trevail, Bodmin, PL31 2FR – working from office, home, site and in the community as needed. This role requires you to typically work from the office at least 1-2 day/s per week, sometimes including attendance at short notice. Your base will either be:
