Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in delivering effective campaigns and initiatives. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in project management, analysis, and communication within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in B2B marketing strategies. You will play a vital role in assisting with the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across our core service areas: HR & employee management, business administrative support, ad-hoc/temporary staffing, IT support, companion services, and immigration/sponsorship guidance
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective individual and small business clients
Conduct outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, networking events, and referral channels
Understand client pain points and present tailored service solutions
Negotiate and close new client contracts/agreements
Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Track leads, pipeline, and performance using CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and onboarding of new clients
Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs across all service lines

Requirements

Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (agency, staffing, or consulting background is a strong plus)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Ability to understand and sell across multiple service lines
Strong organizational skills and CRM/pipeline management experience
Knowledge of HR, staffing, IT support, immigration, or care services sectors is an advantage
Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Pay: £25,420.00-£29,000.00 per year
