Junior Launch Delivery Manager (8-Month FTC)

This is an outstanding opportunity to join the team supporting our global FCMG client, working on packaging and artwork projects across some of the UK's best-known drinks brands. You'll work alongside experienced Launch Delivery Managers, gaining hands-on experience in project management, client services, artwork delivery, print production, and packaging operations.

What you'll be doing

Support Launch Delivery Managers in delivering packaging and artwork projects from brief through to market launch.
Coordinate project plans, timelines, approvals, and stakeholder communications.
Work closely with production, artwork, and adaptive design teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities.
Manage approval workflows and ensure projects stay on track.
Attend regular client meetings and site visits in Hemel Hempstead and Witham.
Support print trials and production activities.
Maintain accurate project, workload, and financial information.
Contribute to forecasting, resource planning, and ongoing process improvements.

Previous project coordination, project management, or administration experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
