Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Production Line Inspector to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards and safety regulations throughout the production process. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of products at various stages of the production line to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to identify any deviations or defects, taking prompt corrective actions when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, non-conformities, and corrective actions taken , including any shortages during the production process.
- Collaborate with production staff and management to address quality concerns and implement process improvements.
- Assist in training new team members on inspection procedures and quality standards.
Requirements
- Static caravan production manufacturing knowledge essential or related sectors.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and identify root causes of quality issues.
- Demonstrated understanding of quality assurance processes and standards in a production line environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to maintain accurate records.
- Good communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and management.
- Ability to work methodically in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Prior experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates committed to learning.
