Full job description

Sales & Administration Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Sales & Administration Coordinator to join our busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, has strong communication skills, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Liaise with colleagues regarding customer orders and stock availability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and leasing companies.
Keep dealers and leasing companies informed with regular updates on orders and deliveries.
Assist with the day-to-day running and organisation of the office.
Support end-of-month administration and reporting tasks.
Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Respond promptly to customer and supplier emails.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Be organised with strong attention to detail.
Be confident managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems.
Work well both independently and as part of a team.
Have previous administration or customer service experience (preferred but not essential).

Hours: Minimum 37.5 per week (Monday-Friday)

Starting at £12.71 minimum

Permanent position

Pay: £12.71 per hour
