Full job description

Cleaning Operative

Salary: £13.45 p/h
Working days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 15.5 hrs cleaning per week, split as follows, Monday - 5 hours, Wednesday 5.5 hours, Friday 5 hours. plus additional VOID cleans when available. Time - Mon - Fri after 5pm.

Location: Riverside Court, Castle Street, Barnstaple EX31 1DR

Reporting to the Team Leader, your main responsibility will be to provide cleaning services to our customers. Areas to clean are as follows;

Offices
Communal areas
Toilets
Kitchen
Meeting / 1.2.1 group rooms
Reception
Touch points
Void rooms

You will ensure that:

· Areas are cleaned to the highest standards

· Health and Safety is maintained

· Equipment is cleaned after use and is stored correctly

· Customer requests are dealt with promptly and courteously

· Cleaning supplies are ordered regularly and all stock is accounted for

To succeed in this role you will need:

· To have excellent attention to detail

· To have good organisational skills

· To maintain cleaning records

· To communicate fully with line manager

· To work independently and use own initiative

· To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
