The Company

Victor Manufacturing Limited are a long-established supplier to the hospitality industry. Operating for over 80 years, from within West Yorkshire, we are a family owned and operated manufacturer of catering equipment & servery counters.

The Role

We have an opportunity for a reliable and flexible 7.5t Driver within a well-established despatch team. The role will involve multiple, daily deliveries of large commercial catering equipment made from stainless steel & glass, so a high level of care is required. These daily deliveries will include multiple drops at commercial premises across the UK and Ireland. Unsociable hours such as early starts, late finishes, weekend work and overnights will be required. Some warehouse duties may also be required at times such as preparing items for Despatch.

The Candidate

Previous driving experience with a full clean driving license is essential. Full on the job training will be provided. In addition to a positive attitude and strong work ethic, the successful candidate will be competent, punctual, reliable, flexible and have good communication skills. The successful candidate must also take pride in their work, vehicle and be able to follow company policies and procedures at all times.

Drivers CPC - Essential
A solid understanding of Transport compliance - Essential

Hours of Work

7:30am – 4:00pm (Mon to Thurs)
7:30am – 3:00pm (Fridays)
(39 standard hours per week)

This job will involve travelling across the UK and Ireland and therefore unsociable hours and overnight stays will be required
