Quarry Driver
St Austell

Are you a Driver looking for more than just A-to-B driving? Join a leading manufacturer and become part of a multi-skilled operative team, responsible for the safe handling, transport, and operation of materials on-site.

This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a chemical manufacturing environment, with support to obtain your ADR Certificate if you don’t already hold one.

Key Responsibilities

Safely load, transport, and unload materials and associated equipment on-site
Operate as part of a multi-skilled team
Follow strict Health & Safety procedures at all times in line with regulatory and company standards
Ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained and operationally ready
Travel between company sites to deliver materials and equipment as required
Undertake other ad-hoc duties relevant to your role

Essential Requirements

HGV Class 2 Licence
Flexible with start times and willingness to work across different company sites
Self-motivated, reliable, and a strong team player
Commitment to following strict Health & Safety procedures at all times

Desirable

ADR Certificate (training can be provided if not held)
Experience transporting hazardous materials (explosives, chemicals, oil, or similar)
