How you’ll make an impact:

Assist in managing day-to-day catering operations and staff supervision
Support the delivery of high-quality food and beverage service
Help ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and hygiene standards
Assist with staff training, development, and performance monitoring
Support stock control, ordering, and budget management
Respond to customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and service delivery
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team motivation

Working pattern: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 1:30pm | 25 Hours Per Week | Term Time Only
Salary: £16.00 Per Hour | £17,440 Per Annum

The ingredients you’ll bring:

Experience in catering or hospitality management, ideally in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Organised and detail-oriented approach
Proficient in stock management and budgeting
A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for hospitality
