Project Support Administrator
Location: EACH Milton Hospice, CB24 6AB
Hours: 22.5 hours, 3 days per week
Working pattern:
- Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
- Some flexibility for hybrid, home working
Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 FTE per annum, experience dependent
- For part‑time hours (below 37.5), salary will be pro rata
Contract: 1 year, Fixed Term Contract

We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Support Administrator to join our Care Directorate and provide vital support to a range of transformation and development projects across the organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing people, information and plans together. You'll play a key role in helping projects run smoothly by coordinating meetings, maintaining records and action logs, supporting reporting, and ensuring colleagues have the information they need to deliver meaningful improvements across our services.
About the role:
Working closely with the Head of Care Transformation & Development and colleagues across the care teams, you'll provide comprehensive administrative and project support to a range of strategic initiatives. You'll help coordinate project activity, monitor progress against plans, support governance processes, and contribute to effective communication across project teams and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting care transformation and development projects through effective administration and coordination.
- Arranging and supporting project meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing papers and taking minutes.
- Maintaining action logs and following up on agreed actions to support accountability and progress.
- Tracking project milestones, deliverables and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assisting with project reporting, record keeping and documentation.
- Acting as a point of contact for project-related enquiries and supporting communication across project teams.
About you:
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in a busy administrative environment
- Experience coordinating meetings, preparing papers and taking minutes.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
- Effective organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
Experience supporting project planning or project delivery would be beneficial but is not essential. We recognise that skills and experience can be gained in a variety of settings and encourage applications from people with transferable experience.
