Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by efficiently serving dishes and managing meal assembly.
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety, freshness, and compliance with health standards.
Collaborate with senior chefs to develop new menu items or improve existing recipes, bringing creativity into the kitchen.
Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues in daily tasks.

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar kitchen role within a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not essential.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service hours while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent understanding of kitchen equipment usage and maintenance practices.
Prior experience serving guests or customers in a hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.
A proactive attitude with a passion for learning new skills and advancing within the culinary field.
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
